The detailed report outlined all issues and broke them down into categories of importance. It made the inspection process very simple and allowed us to learn a lot about our new home. David and Tim did an amazing job with the pre-inspection of a new home. They were both very thorough, answered all questions I had, and took the time to explain their findings.
